Summary

When synthesizing the template at the end in golang, we get this error:

 cannot use &[]interface{}{…} (value of type *[]interface{}) as *[]*awsefs.CfnFileSystem_ElasticFileSystemTagProperty value in struct literal

Same reproduction steps as #615, just using this template.

emitted from this code:
