Support for EBS volume encryption in knife-ec2 server create options? #280

Added --ebs-encrypted option in knife ec2 server create. Passing this option will create two volume i.e. default root device with unencrypted and the other new one with encrypted,
Also added validation for supported instance types (flavor) for EBS volume encryption.
