Does IBM Cloud Service Endpoint support IBM Virtual Private Cloud(VPC) ?

No. IBM Cloud Service Endpoint only supports IBM Cloud Classic enviroments. Support for VPC will be enabled when VPC goes GA. Learn more about VPC here.

How will IBM Cloud Service Endpoint be charged ?

IBM Cloud Service Endpoint is free to use. A user will only pay for the IBM Cloud Service that has enabled Service Endpoints.

Will all IBM Cloud Services enable Service Endpoints by default ?
