it would be nice to have a sticky at the top so that you could have a post with info stay there.
I made a quick mockup image as an example

so no matter how many posts you do. the sticky stays at the top.

Is the idea to have a single sticky note, or multiple ones?

for myself I would only need a single sticky note, if I needed from more then one, I would combine them into a single note.

This still has issues when showing sticky notes after adding a new one
or editing an existing one. Also it when searches happen it does not
show sticky ones which do not match the search terms.

Personally I'd prefer if the sticky notes were shown at the top only when they would otherwise appear.

Currently if I stick a note with #foo and I search for #bar the #foo note will be at the top.

I'd prefer if I have 3 notes with #foo and I stick one of them then I'd see that at the top when I search for #foo, but when I search for #bar it doesn't show up.
