How can I validate a field conditionally based on the value of another field in a zod form schema, ensuring all validations run simultaneously?

I need to validate one field in a form based on the value of another field. Both fields are part of a form, where there are other mandatory fields.

Eg:
I need to create a Form which contains 4 fields. name, email, type, organisationName.

Form has a type:
z.object({
name: z.string({ required_error: mandatoryMessage }),
email: z.string({ required_error: mandatoryMessage }),
type: z.enum['Private', 'Business'],
organisationName: => this field is mandatory only if value of the form field type === Business
})

I'm already aware of .refine() and .superRefine() and I have tried using both of them. The problem faced when using those 2 methods are that, the dependant validations run only after mandatory validation checks have passed. Is there a way to run all the checks at the same time ?

How I tried to do the validation:

z.object({
name: z.string({ required_error: mandatoryMessage }),
email: z.string({ required_error: mandatoryMessage }),
type: z.enum['Private', 'Business'],
organisationName: z.string().optional()
}).refine((allValues) => allValues.type === Business && Boolean(allValues.organisationName), { message: 'Organisation-name is required when type=Business'})

The problem I noticed with this solution is that, organisationName field's validation is visible only after i fill both name & email fields.

The scenario is pretty common for forms. I need all my validations to run together. Requesting help and guidance.

However, the question remains unanswered. My form contains numerous fields, and I require the ability to perform dependent validation on many of them. The provided example serves only to illustrate the use case and clarify the question.

I am seeking an equivalent of .refine or .superRefine where all the validations can be executed in a single iteration. I aim to reference the current values of the entire form within the callback function to seamlessly validate fields based on the values of others.

The challenge I encountered with .refine or .superRefine is that these validations only occur if other mandatory validations on individual fields are satisfied. I require all validations to happen in a single iteration so that all validation errors can be displayed on the first submit button click.
