Code Analysis Failure after completing lines with Github Copilot (in IntelliJ)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install “Python” (a fresh installation had the same effect).

2. Restart IntelliJ.

3. Ask Github Copilot for some code in your project and copy-paste it into a file from your project.

4. You will see that the code analysis goes broken, doesn't refresh for a couple of minutes or never again at all. Even a restart of IntelliJ doesn't change anything.

Expected Result

The IDE should start without errors, and the code analysis should function correctly and promptly.

Actual Result

An IDE error is thrown at startup, causing the code analysis to either fail or take an excessively long time, significantly impacting performance, especially in large files.

I'm using IntelliJ IDEA 2024.2.3 (Ultimate Edition - Build #IU-242.23339.11) with Python Community Edition 242.23339.11 (it redirected me to this page) and this occurs for lines, that are completed using GitHub Copilot plugin. Downgrading Copilot does not solve the issue. Downgrading to the IntelliJ 2024.1.6 does solve the issue, even though the Copilot plugin is the same version on both editions (1.5.24.6840).

There is also an open bug report for IntelliJ, but I guess maybe you guys from Github Copilot can fix this: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/PY-76273/Code-Analysis-Failure-after-completing-lines-with-Github-Copilot
