Here I have modified the introduction section. According to me the part What is conda-forge should be short and concise and should look welcoming.

@beckermr what do you think? I think that it is a good template to start with... but there are some things we need to change as the part of GIthub organization (are we restricted to it?) and the conda manager (don't we have one too?), also there are the migrators and compilers...
