Currently the collisions data inks (via "View full, detailed report") to the full metadata by handing off to the cyclestreets.net URL.

Instead, this should open the same data as an overlay directly on the Bikedata site.

The API is already self-referencing, with the apiUrl field already coming through in collisions.locations:
https://www.cyclestreets.net/api/v2/collisions.locations/#example
