also, don't try to recreate the schema if it already exists. Pursuant to: #66

Big problem here is that dbt runs create schema if not exists [schema-name] on every invocation of dbt run. This is usually nbd, but if the dbt user doesn't have permissions to create a schema, then the query fails. First, dbt checks to see if the schema already exists. If it does, then the create schema... query is not run. If the create schema... query does run, then the exception is caught if thrown and a helpful error message is shown
