The bot must check if the user is a new user by checking the brownie points the user already has and only respond to new users i.e. with certain number of brownie points or create an array of known users and respond accordingly.

Additionally, the bot could also reply differently to experienced users who behave like new users. Maybe by replying something funny! 😄
