xmonad-cinnamon

Allows you to use xmonad wm with Cinnamon Session infrastructure. This is completely based on i3-cinnamon

What to expect from this?

With xmonad-cinnamon you get along with xmonad (Window Manager) and GNOME (Desktop Environment) instead of metacity (the default window manager of GNOME). See more.

• HiDPI configuration through Cinnamon
• Cinnamon notification daemon
• Autostart of various applications (XDG-Autostart)

Known issues

• Cinnamon keyboard shotcuts (includes volume/media/brightness keys)

Requirements

• xmonad
• Cinnamon
• GDM or LightDM (might also work with others)

Installation

Using make:

• download the repo.
• on the terminal go to the repo directory.
• make install
