Undefined module in src/association

I am attempting to run the rule-based association stage of the pipeline from src/association/ca_simple_rule_based.py, but this file imports a number of functions from 'data_fns', which is not in the repo. There is a similar issue with src/association/generate_fa_and_ro_ids_rulebased.py, which relies on images_to_embeddings_pipeline, also missing. Could these be added to the repo to facilitate replication?
