Description

While the current beloved logo has server us well for quite a while, there are new assets available better suited to the web.

Specifically, the other logo is in line with other deltalake projects, and available in more formats that are useful for the web (i.e. svg). This is for instance apparent when looking at the readme in dark-mode where there is no white background behind the logo anymore.

Putting this up for people to comment if we want to switch
