- Moved `react-scripts` from dependencies to devDependencies.
- This change resolves the vulnerability issue with `[email protected]`, as `react-scripts` was causing a conflict.
- The issue was raised due to an outdated transitive dependency in `css-select` required by `react-scripts`.
