Nice to have: list of key members who don't have codes

Description

To help admins keep the key membership consistent, it would be helpful to present the following lists on the door code administration page, so that the admins can review whether these situations exist & need fixing:

• List of key members who are not assigned a key code
• List of members who are assigned a key code but are not key members

An admin can already check for consistency by sorting the columns on the "manage members" page (sort by "status" and see if any key members are missing a code; sort by "space access" and see if anyone with a code isn't a key member), but it'd be nice to make it more convenient.
