This is the type of PR that @dwylbot should flag: dwyl/learn-circleci#13

It's from a "First-time contributor" and has:

a non-descriptive branch name
a non-descriptive PR title/name
no description
no reference to an issue

The GitHub account was created two days ago: https:/msftazdev

Not saying that it's a "SPAM" account ... 🤔
just that I'm not expecting the person to respond to @iteles' PR question ...

This is a good example of where @dwylbot should close the PR
after a certain time period of no activity.
