Next steps - github-backup

Okay so me and @Jbarget put a scope together for this project and started work on this. See #146 or the elixir-mvp milestone.

We think @nelsonic wanted the other project to be done first. We misunderstood this but then got the go-ahead to start this project and got going. Our plan was to move ahead with this project, as we are happy with our scope and keen write some code. dwyl/tudo-new#9

Right now we are not sure if we want to find a way to re-use code between this project and github-backup. Once we have completed this project I am sure it will be trivial to build gh-backup so I am sure could easily get that done in an evening or two if desired.
