Change to org.eclipse namespace

The bundles (and their corresponding packages and directories) use the com.amadeus.eclipse.* namespace.

As a vendor-neutral Eclipse open source project, the bundle Id should be org.eclipse.*.

Similarly, the Bundle-Vendor should be The Eclipse TOMLed Project.

In keeping with the vendor neutral theme, please use either the GitHub release mechanism or the Eclipse Foundation's download infrastructure as the distribution channel for the update site.

The repository is also missing some project metadata files, including a CONTRIBUTING.md file. There's some help in the handbook.
