[Lens] Integrate index pattern creation dialog

#101853 will soon add the ability to open a dialog to create a new index pattern from within apps (similar to how field editor modal works).

To make it easier for users to create new index patterns, this ability should be integrated into Lens.

I am closing this as it is done, you can create a new dataview from the unified search dataview picker which is aprt of Lens
