Summary

With new reporting export types (#101048) the Kibana URL will no longer be logged. This was often used for debugging purposes to open the UI that reporting would open when generating a report. We can use the redirect app to open the same UI, loading all of the state that reporting would load.

This will require some updates to the Reporting redirect app (to be load in the job object ID so that it can forward the state.
