Kibana Custom Themes

Capability for selecting custom colors/themes for Kibana to allow for a completely unique looking UI. Instead of an option for selecting light/dark theme in advanced settings, provide a list of Kibana UI components with corresponding color pickers. Allow for importing/exporting themes to enable sharing with the community.

This would be especially useful for organizations or enterprises who want to customize their Kibana to reflect their color scheme and make the UI feel more unique to their users. This could also benefit users who wish to change colors to aid with accessibility issues related to colorblindness or vision related disabilities.

This is a great idea. Teams at my company would love to be able to have dashboards that already match our colors for presentations

We are thinking of giving the capability to create reused custom palettes and reuse them to visualizations/maps but I feel thay this is a broader request so I am tagging shared-ux too for visibility.

There is another issue with more context #43697 moreso along the lines of elastic-charts vs all of kibana. I wasn't able to find a current open issue to track. This issue might be a good candidate to use moving forward.

This issue elastic/eui#4396 is interesting in terms of the accessibility piece
