[TSVB] Use existing index patterns

It's be super useful if you didn't need to type in the index pattern under Panel Options, and the box that defaults to * was like the Discover one, that listed all the patterns but also let you type them in.

We should use index patterns in TSVB instead of free index input, so we are solving several issues.

We could get access to scripted fields and field formatters and it might in the long run be the requirement for properly implementing Nested Field support in TSVB.

Also we defined this as a requirement, to bring TSVB out of experimental into GA status.

We're actually nowadays using the default index pattern in the selection by default instead of *. Nevertheless it would be nice, if you could have an autocompletion on existing index patterns (you should still be able to type anything else you want).

I am closing this as from 7.13 TSVB supports index patterns and you can choose your index pattern from a combobox
