Allow visualisations to be hidden from other users

When a visualization (or dashboard) is created there is an option to hide it from all other users so that only the current user can see, or edit, that visualization. I understand that is currently not possible

I'm running a multi-tenant Kibana and I'd like to let the tenants author their own visualizations. But if everyone created visualisations then they would see not only the shared and curated reports, but also everyone else's work, possibly including unfinished visualizations.
