Saved Objects - Search does not return any results if searched with -

When searching for Objects, „0010-03“ does not return any results, whereas this shows the desired result, when used for searching Dashboards, searches or visualizations in the respective Modules.

The feature request refers to the following page:
Management --> Saved Objects

Steps to reproduce:

1. create Saved Objects with title
   "Analysis [0010-12]", "Dashboard [0010-12]",
   "Analysis [0010-03]", "Dashboard [0010-03]"
2. open management --> Saved Objects
3. Search for '"0010-03"'

--> no results

Expected behavior:
only display the objects "Analysis [0010-03]", "Dashboard [0010-03]" as the result.

Issue still present in 7.9.1.
Interesting enough, "0010-03" works perfectly when looking for saved objects in Discover, Dashboards or Visualizations.
Only Stack Management > saved Objects seems to be using some different kind of logic.
