[Lens] Allow users to create a visualization from a saved search

Requested by a user, the user wants to use saved search to visualize instead of an index pattern. The user I talked with saw the potential to use saved search like views, where it also only shows the fields that are part of the saved search and not all index pattern fields. That can create a simplification to many users focusing on the small set of common fields instead of all index fields which can get to hundreds

This is not required for Lens GA to default

We're blocked on this because there are both technical and product questions that need time to research before we can start on this. It's also potentially a larger technical effort than it sounds because so much of our code depends on index pattern IDs.
