Column Panel works sporadically in Chrome 30 and Firefox 25 #659

This was due to some issues with the addition of save/cancel that have since been resolved. |

I'm a cut and paste developer so I probably wont be adding much code, but I am good at testing and finding issues, so I'll contribute how I can.
This issue relates to using the Column Panel in Kibana 3 pre-milestone 5 (downloaded today). When using chrome and adding a column panel to a row you are only able to add one panel that shows in the list of panels at the bottom of the control. The button Create Panel is greyed out. You can still press the button but additional rows are not shown. If you add the Column panel to the dashboard then the Column panel and a blank histogram (or pie, it doesn't matter) is shown but no charts/data/queries/etc.
If you save the dashboard and open it in Firefox then the histograms show up, so if you added three histograms in chrome only the blank is shown but then 3 show up in Firefox. You can then edit each histogram setting up different queries, settings, etc. But if you try to add the column directly from Firefox then only the Column Panel shows but no sub-panels show up. If you save the dashboard after editing in Firefox and reload in chrome then the histograms show up.
Though there is a work-around it's not the cleanest.
Update: In Firefox, if you add the column and sub-panels, save the dashboard, open a different dashboard and then reload your dashboard then the sub-panels show up.
