In support of our effort to use more neutral terminology in our product, we should rename the server.xsrf.whitelist config key to server.xsrf.allowlist, deprecating the old name in 7.x and removing support completely in the main/8.0 branch.

server.xsrf.whitelist has been already deprecated in #58717 and supposed to be removed in 8.0
I believe we can close the issue
