Steps to view:

  1. add a documents layer. Configure tooltip fields and set visibility to 0 to 4.
  2. Zoom out to zoom level 3. Click a feature to lock a tooltip in place.
  3. Zoom in to zoom level below 4. Notice how the tooltip remains open.
