Kibana version: 7.12 BC2

Describe the bug: If legacy rendering is disabled, partial bucket markers ("endzones") are not rendered anymore

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Visualize, create new xy chart
  2. Configure date histogram on the x axis
  3. not rectangle annotations at the beginning and the end are shown

Expected behavior:
Partial buckets at the beginning and the end should be shown
