Native OpenTelemetry intake documentation updates

There are some potential changes that we'll need to document:

• Use standard port [DOCS] OpenTelemetry - add OpenTelemetry protocol support content apm-server#4964
• Revisit recommended integration (exporter vs native) docs: Encourage native OpenTelemetry intake use apm-server#5300
• ESS/Cloud compatibility with native Jaeger Intake on Elastic Cloud  apm#212
• Document the use of the JVM metrics ingest pipeline and its mapping ingest: translate known OpenTelemetry JVM metrics apm-server#4986
• Clarify OpenTelemetry collector setup Clarify OpenTelemetry collector setup in our docs apm#417 -- native is now the recommended approach so this shouldn't be an issue. A lot of additional information has also been added to the collector approach in [DOCS] OpenTelemetry - add OpenTelemetry protocol support content apm-server#4964 and other PRs.
