Custom HS URL is not correctly expanded via .well-known/matrix/client #4082

If you enter https://example.com as a custom HS URL, and https://example.com/.well-known/matrix/client exists and points to https://matrix.example.com as the correct HS URL, in practice iOS isn't expanding it correctly.
