Reproduced on enonic next site:
Open published site, update it and press Mark as Ready. Publish dialog is opened while content is being saved, and save mask is covering entire screen for some time, this may be a problem if save takes longer as expected so attempt to press on Publish button in the dialog will lead to a click on a mask, thus will lead to closing publish dialog.
