Broken flat list mode in Image Selector #7039

Create a part with Image Selector in the config
Add the part to a page
Expand the Image Selector inside the Inspect panel
Click the folder icon inside the dropdown to switch it to flat mode

Bug: No items shown in the list. See attached video.
