Remove attestation_task_bundle package

The attestation_task_bundle handles trusted tasks where the bundles resolver is used.
The trusted_task package was added to as a way to expand the concepts of trusted tasks to support different resolvers, e.g. git. The addition of the trusted_task package effectively deprecated the attestation_task_bundle package. In 7fe1b05 the package was removed from all collections.

Let's remove attestation_task_bundle altogether.

Acceptance Criteria

• The attestation_task_bundle package is only found in the git logs.
