Occasionally (and I have no idea what provokes it) all the PS Vue channels disappear from the grid shortly after startup. They are still present in the PS Vue add-on, but don't exist in the grid lineup. When this happens, if a PS Vue channel is being played back, it stops and returns to the grid.
I have two PVR addons enabled, nextpvr and iptvsimple (for PS Vue) The channels for nextpvr remain in the grid, always.

I think the new epg service helps with this problem. If you have the psvue epg service setting to build on start then after it's done downloading, IPTV simple client restarts. But the Kodi PVR does not restart. So to Kodi it's as if the IPTV client is gone because it stopped but never told Kodi it started again.
I think I'm already using the latest epg build service, 2018.9.21. Should I disable 'build on start' ? I think that was a default wasn't it? I don't recall selecting it.
