example

USBHIDKeyboard Kb;
Kb.begin();
USB.begin();
Kb.print("foo");
//..
//reinit serial when finished
Kb.end();
//USB.~ESPUSB(); // Explicit call to destructor 
Serial.begin(115200);
Serial.println("this should appear");  // does not work!
