Support for pointer events. #6373

With the last release of React (16.4.0), pointer events are now supported.
Is there plan to support PointerEvent and SyntheticPointerEvent in flow ?

I've encountered this while working on #6727 and I think I'll spin off a separate PR with PointerEvent and SyntheticPointerEvent soon.
