Replace the author email with the Fatiando account

Description:

The PyPI metadata in all packages asks for an email for the package maintainer or author. Not sure if this is required but we now have a Fatiando protonmail account [email protected]

We should replace my email in all setup.py files across the organisation.

Apply to:

• boule
• harmonica
• pooch
• verde

Further instructions:
