Running sequencer deletes validator results for a device

Running sequencer, any existing output results from the validator tool for the device under test are deleted

Fixing this would basically require doing an audit of the { registrar, validator, sequencer } tools to catalog/account for where they currently dump their results, make sure they don't conflict, and then having the relevant directories cleared out at the appropriate times. All three tools have slightly different scopes to them, so just need to make sure the outputs are coherent.
