Add "xpub" frontend wallet support #2459

"xpub" wallets are added by #2458

Frontend changes:

Do not include an xpub wallet in the choices of wallets to spend from
Put an indicator on the wallets page, indicating the wallet type (I assume this will be solved for bip44 wallets first)
Add a method to create an xpub wallet from an xpub key (consider bip44 wallets first)

This should not be done until bip44 wallets are added to the frontend
