Software Licence

Each of the software programs listed in the table below (hereinafter are referred to as the “Software”) has been developed by Block Labs S.a r.l, a legal entity incorporated and existing under the laws of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, registered at: 41, rue du Puits Romain, z.a. Bourmicht (Atrium Business Park), L-8070 Bertrange, Luxembourg (the “Licensor”). Except specific files which bear a different mention, the Software is licensed under the EUPL-1.2 or latter. In the cases that are explicitly mentioned in the source code of the Software, the latter contains certain elements and/or modifications of the open source codes licensed by third parties (“third-party source code”).
Any modifications and/or additions made by the Licensor in the third-party source code in connection with their usage in the Software, are licensed under the EUPL-1.2 or latter to the extent permitted by the licences of the original source. You shall make your own assessment of legal and other risks in connection with the integration of certain elements of the third-party source codes into this program code. The Licensor shall bear no responsibility whatsoever before you for such integrations, results or usage as part of the Software.
The Licensor retains the right to license the Software under different terms, including terms of a proprietary licence.
