Blue colors on "what to do", "stay informed" and "spread the word" are confusing #325

We use blue color for these headers and for regular users, this blue is usually associated with the "clickable blue links". These headers are not actually clickable and that creates confusion. Either we should consider using different color or make these things clickable if we do have suitable targets.

This feedback comes from my partner who looked at the site and was confused about how to interact with the page and where to click at first.
