Modify `GetHelmClientOpts()` to only configure the TLS login option when an authentication login option is configured. This prevents the reconciler from trying to authenticate against public registries. Signed-off-by: Sanskar Jaiswal <[email protected]> (cherry picked from commit dfcede0)
