Currently, both ProbeWeights and PrimerAndAmpliconWeights are defaulted to None and then changed in the post_init based on whether the corresponding set of params is provided.

It would be more clear if, instead of the default values being None, that we use the task-specific information to take only the required values of Primer3InputTag. More context in Tim's comment here.
