icon labels for pictures

In dwr and ffr some of the icons are not clear to viewers. This is not surprising as the original nes games don't have icons for everything so we've had to scrounge remakes or just design them ourselves. The way ffr has gotten around this is text labels for icons:

Maybe we can do some sort of labels="true" to show text labels on xmls that need this?
