Install Jetbrains Pycharm Community Edition
Install Python (preferably 3.6, a Python installation is included in Pycharm)
Go to "Control Panel -> System and Security -> System -> Advanced system settings"
Press "Environment Variables" and copy your Python path (your path\Python36\scripts) to "System variables -> Path"
Open the cmd and type in pip install folium
