1_ The filter added in the chart is no longer visible when you access the filter tool again.

How to Reproduce

2_ The layer filter is applied to the counter and table and not to the chart.

This issue is a regression caused by #8588. The widget's onEditorChange key is incorrectly set for charts here. Filter key should factor in multi charts compared to rest of the widgets which are not

Note: The issue seems to happen only in Map view. Works fine in dashboard
