Implement support to street smart API

Description

Integrate an alternative provider named cyclomedia to integrate the street smart API.

Acceptance criteria

• The existing Street View tool must be enhanced to be able to configure the desired street view provider form plugin configuration (at the moment of writing Cyclomedia and Google Street View but the support for other providers could be included in the future)
• The possibility to configure the plugin for app contexts will be maintained
• It will be possible to use one street view provider at time: the desired provider will be configured at plugin level
• The online DEV documentation as well as the JSDoc will be updated by including all configuration details
• The support to the Cyclomedia street view provider will be implemented in respect of the Cyclomedia official APIs. The specification documentation is also available.
