I am using a modular page with different sub pages that are listed in the top menu.
When using site titles like "Köln", the navigation at the top does not scroll down smoothly to the section but jumps quickly. It seems like special characters like "ö" are a problem here. Maybe the folder name "koeln" should be used for the anchor name?
