This prevents the admin plugin from adding these settings to blog pages and items automatically, overwriting an already existing inheritance (for example using the `blog-page` theme variable). Fixes getgrav#36
"This blog page" does not make sense when used on a blog item and it was unclear what "this configuration" referred to.
